6 months to go ...

Sorry for the lack of update as we were clarifying certain matters with The Racha.

Just to confirm that with regards to your transfer from Phuket (Chalong Bay) to The Racha and back, the transfer will be arranged by us and you will not need to pay for it. Also, do note that upon arrival at The Racha, you will not require any additional transfer to The Racha. From the pier, it will be a short walk to the resort.

IMPORTANT :
As mentioned, we will be making arrangements for private speedboat transfer to and from The Racha on specific dates (tentatively 10 Sept & 12 Sept, timings to be advised). We will likely be able to get back on this only mid next week, so kindly check back for more details. Please ignore the timings posted in the previous mail (those transfers are only complimentary for long stay guests only).

Also, we wish to apologise to everyone who had trouble with booking their accomodation with The Racha. It was really unfortunate that there were some issues on their end and that caused the many frustrations some of you experienced. For that, we are truly sorry !

In any case, we would really like to thank you very much for being so responsive and supportive of us despite the hiccups u may have experienced! We can't tell you how much we look forward to having you with us on our special day !

The Racha reservations

hello all !

Just wanted to let you know that Racha's having issues with their reservation software and are expecting the issue to be resolved this weekend. Therefore, for all who have sent their reservation to Racha and have yet to rec'd any confirmation, please look out for Racha's mail next Monday or Tuesday.

Update 3 :

Accomodation @ the Racha :

Please make all bookings with The Racha directly thru the following steps :
1 . Email booking details such as date of check in and departure/name of guests
2. Email to : reservation@theracha.com & CC : salesadmin@theracha.com & sales@theracha.com
3. State reservation code : RT1109 (Robin & Tiffany's wedding) for the special rates

The Racha would then advise you on how to make the deposit/payment for the rooms.

Kindly make all bookings/reservations by 1st week of March please.

Misc :

Some of you may have experienced some difficulty trying to book with Ban Raya. In this situation, we are still trying to troubleshoot with them on how to ease the issue of booking and payment, so please bear with us while we try to rectify this.

**NEW UPDATE for Ban Raya :

Currently, the Ban Raya website is not able to support the payment based on the special rate. Therefore, for reservations made with Ban Raya, please let Robin or myself know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Please state the following when emailing us so that we know the dates that you would like to book Ban Raya for :

1. Check in & Check out dates / Name of guests
2. Speedboat transfer required ?(about 800 baht nett)

Do let us know by the end of this week so that we can inform Ban Raya accordingly and also check with regards to the preferred payment mode.

We apologise for the deadline imposed by Ban Raya but they have communicated that they are not able to hold the promo rates for more than a week.

Hello again !

1st update :

Accomodation @ Ban Raya

The negotiated prices are :

Deluxe Room : 3,090 baht nett per room per nite
Deluxe Pavilion Room : 5,150 baht nett per room per nite

As this is a special rate, bookings have to be made by the first week of March latest.
To do the booking, you may like to go to www.banraya.com/payment/index.htm
and key in "1009001" as the invoice no. to enjoy the special rate.

2nd Update :
